~ Veritas Christian Co-op ~ Lebanon, Ohio ~Lap book: Intro to Government (Grades 5,6) ~ This will be an introduction to U.S. government with a primary focus on the branches of government and their functions. This will be more in-depth than the 3rd & 4th grade class. The students will create a lap book. Scheduling Info/Prerequisites: 1 trimester Intended Curriculum: Hands of a Child lapbook Outside Work: Minimal Supply/Book Fees: None Supply List: 3 file folders-colored or plain Bottle of white glue (for the first class only) 2 glue sticks Scissors Regular and colored pencils Pen - if desired |
