Technical Life Drawing (Grades 7+) ~ Combining art, nature and anatomy into an interesting study so as to have a better understanding of science and God’s creation. We will collect, study and draw natural items such as leaves, grasses and flowers to recreate them as life like as possible. We will also study the anatomy of animals and humans including muscle structure. Anatomical labeling and charts will be part of the class.

Scheduling Info/Prerequisites: 1 trimester; Student must have completed Drawing Skills Part 1

Supply/Book Fees: Teacher fee is $25 per student for the trimester

 There are specific items that I would like for them to have but if they have something close to what I am asking for at
home already that is fine. The following items are available at United Art & Education:

11" x 14" Spiral Bound Sketch or Drawing Pad, 50 pages, $5.59 or any brand is fine but spiral bound is important. It is also important to have at least this size.

Staedtler Mars White Plastic Eraser, $.89

4H, B, 4B Drawing Pencils (or they may already have a set) prices vary, these shades are not mandatory but I want them to have a small variety for experimenting.

Pigma Micron Pen, Black, size 03 (or any fine point felt tip pen) $2.50
