Kroger Neighborhood Rewards Program: This is absolutely the easiest way for you to help raise money for Veritas! M. Darst coordinates the effort for us. See her at co-op to buy the gift cards; here's how it works:

You can buy Kroger gift cards from M. Darst for $1 (they are pre-loaded with $1 on them). When you go to the grocery, you will need to go to a cashier (either customer service desk or check out lane) and tell them how much money you would like to put on your gift card.  You will give the cashier your money, and they will put that dollar amount onto your gift card.  After your gift card has the money on it, you will use it to pay for your groceries.  NOTE: You must have the cashier load up your gift card as a separate transaction BEFORE any food is scanned! There is a number on the back of each card that allows Kroger to credit 4% to our account.  Therefore, you can purchase the gift cards for friends and family to begin using, and it will go to Veritas.  T. Byrd will be receiving a monthly report from Kroger's that shows the dollar amount that each person has charged and the amount Veritas has earned!
